PCRF Members and Volunteers Appreciation Day – May 19, 2018

Make Plans on Saturday May 19th to be at Castle Rock Park!

The Portola and Castle Rock Foundation are hosting their annual Member and Volunteer Appreciation Event on Saturday May 19th.  We greatly appreciate the donations of both time and money you make to help the Portola and Castle Rock Foundation fulfil its mission to Inspire the Protection of Castle Rock and Portola Redwoods State Parks Through Quality Educational Experiences and Infrastructure Improvements

In addition to providing lunch, we’ll provide an update on our activities and hold our annual raffle of cool hiking stuff. We’ve also planned docent led hikes, including a hike along the new trail connecting the Interpretive Shelter to the new Castle Rock entrance (scheduled to open later this year)!

Our event will take place at the Partridge Interpretive Shelter area of Castle Rock State Park. The entrance to Partridge is about 2 1/2 miles east of Saratoga Gap on Skyline Blvd.  Follow signs to visitor parking.

The annual Member and Volunteer Appreciation Event will begin at 12:30.

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday May 19th so we can say Thank You in person. Please RSVP to parkoperations@nullportolaandcastlerockfound.org by May 16th to let us know if you will be joining us.
